3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved by our team. The inspection ensures the product meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.
3.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 30 business days of receiving the returned item.
3.3 Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Exchanges
4.1 Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase or delivery for items in their original condition (as detailed in Section 1).
4.2 If the desired exchange item is unavailable, customers may opt for a refund or store credit of equal value.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
5.1 If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of receipt by providing photos and a description of the issue to our customer service team.
